Introduction |
I love Manatees, particularly Florida Manatees. I'm sad that those manatees are endangered, and I'm determined to help save them in some way. My web quest is one way for you and I to help these beautiful and gentle creatures. I hope you enjoy my web quest, and choose to complete it.
Task |
The task that you will be needing to complete will require you to know about manatees. Your task will be to write a detailed letter to the governor of Florida with facts about manatees to try to convince him that he should try to help with saving the Florida manatee.
Process |
Using some provided websites, or websites you find on your own, you will collect information about manatees. You need to know about manatees before you start your letter, or you will not be able to explain why he should save the manatees. But, if you find a lot of information, he might listen to our cause and help save the manatees.

Resources |
The resources that are provided are only websites, but feel free to look in magazines or books to find more information, because what I have listed below may not be enough information to help you finish your web quest. The resources below are just suggestions, you don't have to go to them, but you might want to check them out to see if they can give you the information you want for your letter.
