1. find a recipe for two days of breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. or make your own, for example: "Mashed potatoes". Then look up the fat and calories in each one. Remember that the calories are by weight so there may be more calories in the food if there is more of it!!!!
2.Record the fat and calories and remember to have at least 7 fruits and vegetables in the whole day.
3.Make an exercise plan plan for two days that burns 250 calories a day using the calorie calculator. (the man is 40 years old and weighs 200 pounds)
4. Publish a menu with the fat and calories listed in a word document. Then publish the exercise plan. Use the rubric on the "Evaluation" page
