Emergency Personnel – Must report for designated duties – May complete a regular work day or take leave (special needs) after completion of designated duties.  If elect to complete a regular work day, paid as usual, if elect to take leave after completion of designated duties, receive overtime for hours worked and take eight hours special needs time  Emergency personnel must report to work or be subject to suspension without pay and progressive discipline.  Emergency Personnel may be required to work an adjusted schedule and/or overtime
